Frosting
This time last year I had come back from the States and was in shared digs. I do miss my flatmates but oooo no I do not miss the flat! This was the view from the flat this time last year.
Pretty! A light dusting. And fabulous as I didn't have to be at work so I could enjoy it.
It's raining and very very windy today......

tania..believe it or not, here where I live, where it seems that we should be knee-deep in snow at this time of the year, it is about 66 degrees!
We got several inches the other day, when we were in the midst of a winter storm, and freezing, but now it has all melted, and we start all over this weekend, with cold and snow...but I LOVE snow! :)
I guess no one should really complain about the weather..but we always do, don't we?

WOW!! Beautiful pic!! I too love snow. Kinda tough to ride in but it is still a blast to be out in.
We to were in the 60's Sunday with more snow coming this weekend.
Where was this taken... what town?

I have never seen snow I mean the real one. The downfall (or maybe a plus point, depends on how you look at it) of being a tropical country near the equator makes snowing impossible in Malaysia. I wish there is snow here but minus the super duper cold weather that require the inconvenience of having to put on heavy winter gears or the need to turn on the heater....

We haven't gotten any snow here in Louisville KY this year. I'm ready for a good snow storm. I like to stare out the window and say things like, "It's really coming down out there."

J - 66degrees! Blimey that's global warming for you I guess..... And I thought it was just us stuffy Brits that complained about the weather
dnr - Have to say I would be far too wussy to ride in snow... It's taken in a little town called Leatherhead in Surrey. If it wasn't snowing in the picture you could see the garden roll away to the river Mole at the bottom.
dd - Right now in this gloomy grey, drizzly and windy weather I wish I lived in sunnier climes....
Really one of the lovely things about the UK is our 4 seasons. Some years it would seem that the seasons aren't so obvious, a sort of smudge between autumn and spring.
cc - I feel there's a punchline or 2 at the end of that sentence!

that's a lovely picture!
I wish it was rainy and windy today instead of sunny and bright.

Ugh, people wishing for snow and gloom? I can't hack it! Here in Wisconsin we've had nothing but gloom lately! Since before Christmas we've had clouds and snow, and then fog and RAIN! Still hazy and cloudy. I yearn for sunshine. Maybe we've had some sunshine, but I've been inside at work and missed it all? 4 months until spring begins!
