Birthday's

Nearly there.....29th April pm and I should be finally online again. My own account again. No squabbling for a free pc in the library....well unless I miss the close contact with stale sweat and little Hitler's.........

sad news all these shootings in the US. My heart goes out to you and those who are directly affected.

On a happier note, I am to celebrate a significant birthday soon. And as I am now employed I have decided to celebrate with a bit of a bash. Hoping the sunny weather continues I have booked a Champagne afternoon tea served by silver service waiters to large circular tables with starched white linen tablecloths under and around 150 year old oak trees on the lawns of the Woodlands Park Hotel, Leatherhead. To continue the celebration, jugs of Pimms, croquet, giant floor chess, badmington and a live band (probably jazz) will fill the day. Let's just hope it's sunny otherwise we shall all be crammed into a smallish room I booked for coats!!!!
